The Raleigh Ringers are opening new doors - around the world, across the nation and right here in Raleigh.
And you hold the key !
We'd like to thank those of you who have participated in the amazing life and growth of The Raleigh Ringers over the past two decades. Your support has certainly helped to open many new doors, not only for our group, but for the art of handbell ringing as well.
When The Raleigh Ringers incorporated in 1990, we knew that our goal of becoming an independant, self-sufficient community handbell ensemble would require careful planning, dedication, patience and above all, the help of many friends. The Abbotswood and Springmoor retirement communities literally opened their doors to us, each graciously providing essential rehearsal and storage space over the years. As guests in their homes, however, we were understandably limited in our ability to schedule rehearsals and sectionals and to store our ever-growing collection of instruments and other equipment.
As a result, the group recently took the next giant step toward independence: acquiring our own rehearsal space! We were fortunate to find a building that perfectly suits our needs. On September 26, 2007, The Raleigh Ringers became the owner of a 2400 square-foot "flex-use" space in Raleigh. Now, to make this property our own, we are embarking on a Building Campaign to raise $150,000.
You hold the key as we step through this new door of opportunity! Your generous gift to our "Opening New Doors" Campaign will enable us to fulfill our dream of a permanent home for The Raleigh Ringers - a place for storage, rehearsals and sectionals, as well as for community outreach and education.

All contributors will have their names listed on The Raleigh Ringers' website (www.rr.org) for an indefinite period of time.
Diamond-, Gold-, Silver- and Bronze-Level Contributors will also have their names displayed by level at The Raleigh Ringers' Meymandi concerts and in The Raleigh Ringers concert programs through December 2009.
